If you provide information to us in hard copy format, this is normally retained in our files and a copy is made for our electronic files. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely unless you specifically request it to be removed. This may allow to recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
