How it works
>on-trac Overview
The >on-trac system has three key elements:
1
Data Capture via mobile device
System information is captured by field personnel via the >on-trac / Formlify app.
The standard form is based on a Health Department template, however, can be customised to suit the needs of the Client.
If mobile coverage is not available, then the report is simply queued and sent when the device is back in range. The app is configured for use on mobile phones and tablets. To ensure data integrity the address of the property is validated against NSW Government Geocoded Address datasets. Where required photos can be attached by the field personnel.
2
PDF Report with accessible data
The system information is presented in a pdf report with a similar layout to current paper-based forms. Importantly, the report includes accessible data which can be accessed / filtered in the >on-trac system and each report is stamped with the time, date and location at which the report was generated. The PDF report is automatically e-mailed to the Service Agent and instantly accessible on the >on-trac dashboard.
3
Dashboard with traffic light coding
The >on-trac dashboard is designed to assist:
– Service Agents through monitoring the status of the systems they service
– Local Governments through monitoring the status of the systems in their LGA.
Using traffic light coding Service Agents and Local Government can focus on systems that are not meeting performance expectations and / or require maintenance to address a system issue.
