Features & Benefits

1

Increase the size of the market

Better quality reporting and focussed effort by Local Government will ensure all systems are serviced in accordance with their approvals. This will increase the market size through higher levels of compliance (more systems will be serviced) and enforcement (poorly performing systems will need to be fixed). This benefits Service Agents and Local Government.

2

Reduce costs

Historically paper-based systems have involved significant cost in production of the report booklets and labour in shuffling paper from the field through the office and ultimately to the relevant Local Government. The >on-trac system dramatically shortens this cycle and enables Service Agents and Local Government to focus resources on those systems requiring attention.

3

Improve report accuracy

Each >on-trac service report is stamped with the time, date and location at which the report was generated. The property address is verified via the NSW Government Geocoded Address datasets. This improves data integrity and provides confidence to all stakeholders that the report accurately captures the system status.

4

Enable real time reporting

As >on-trac allows for instant transmission of data from the field, real time reporting is possible for Service Agents and Local Government. Delays due to physical delivery of paper based reports are eliminated. Rapid and targeted actions to restore system performance will minimise the risk to public and environmental health.

5

Ensure industry sustainability

Improving system performance and report accuracy will provide confidence to all stakeholders in the sustainability of on-site sewage management. Local Government will be able to target their governance role and professional Service Agents will benefit from a general lift in the need for quality service reports.

6

Simplify monitoring of system status

The >on-trac dashboard provides a simple interface for Service Agents and Local Government to check system status. It is important to note that Service Agents will only be able to see the reports that they have submitted for a property and Local Government will only be able to see systems in their Local Government area.

7

Secure data

All data collected in the field is transmitted at the earliest opportunity to the >on-trac system where data is securely stored and backed up on Australian servers. No customer information is collected or stored by >on-trac.

8

Not reliant on mobile coverage

If mobile coverage is not available, then submitted reports are queued on the device and transmitted as soon as the device is back in a mobile coverage area, without any additional actions by the field personnel.

9

Use workflows

Due to accessible data, the >on-trac system enables workflows to be generated based on the information collected in the field. It can assist in driving actions by Service Agents such as ordering parts or track progress by Local Government in addressing system performance issues.

10

Integrate with existing and future CRM systems

The transition to electronic records provides the opportunity for >on-trac to integrate with existing and future CRM systems used by Service Agents and Local Government.
